Download instructions.
Here you can find download links to the main Amiga911 Maker distribution + various other files that are related to the program. There are also some links to the ready-made Amiga911 boot disks, A911Extras packs and Emergency Disk II floppies as well. Have in mind that all disks are in the ADF format.

The archives are now externally hosted by www.box.net only!  Some of the archives was also hosted by this very site earlier, but due to the policy of the webhost when it comes to large files, this has now been dropped. Just in case you are wondering about why, it is because although it's allowed to upload large files (>1MB) here, the host may later delete them in order to free up server resources. I'm not complaining about this though, because it is after all a free service.

For downloading from box.net, you must first click one of the links. This will bring up a new page where you can download the file by simply clicking the "Download" button. It is also possible to download with a classic Amiga browser, you just have to scroll down the page a bit in order to find the link.

Info about the archives

Amiga911 Maker
The main Amiga911 Maker archive contains almost everything required for creating Amiga911 boot disks, A911Extras packs and Emergency Disk II floppies, in addition you will also need some suitable Workbench disks (Amiga911) or an AmigaOS 3.9 CD/media (Emergency Disk II). Other files of interest may be the Amiga Programs and Amiga Large HD packs which you can read more about below.

The Amiga911 Programs pack
This archive includes all the Programs and related files that can be added to the boot disks and A911Extras packs  you create. I decided to make this distribution so people don't have to download all the archives one by one. After you have downloaded and extracted the Programs pack, all you have to do is copy all archives in the Resources drawer into the Resources drawer found inside the main Amiga911 Maker directory.  Please note that with Amiga911 Maker 1.62, this pack is no longer needed since all relevant program files are now included!

The Amiga Large HD pack
Inside the Amiga Large HD archive, you can find various files that can be used for adding support for large harddisks (>4GB) on Amigas with AmigaOS 3.1 or lower. This includes filesystems, scsi.device patches and various tools. The files was copied from one of the ClassicWB packs by Bloodwych, and none of the files are deleted or modified in any way, they appear just like they do in version 28 of the ClassicWB ADSVP pack.

For more information, take a look at this page.

Ready-made Amiga911 disks
These Amiga911 boot disks are ready-made versions that can be used directly on your Amiga, with nothing else that needs to be downloaded. All that's required is having a suitable Workbench floppy ready at hand, this is because the Amiga911 disk must be activated by importing some copyrighted system files from it.  Have in mind that the one with PUSB in the name, contains the Poseidon stack, and the ones with AUSB contains Anaiis. To read more about these Amiga911 disks, check out the Ready-made Amiga911 disks page.

Just in case you find the file names used a bit confusing, I can provide a brief explanation by using some color codes:

A911-V3-OS3.x-000-2MB.zip
A911-V3-OS2.x-000-2MB.zip
A911-V3-OS2.x-000-1MB.zip

Red = The version number of the Amiga911 disk.
Green = What AmigaOS version the disk is intended for, either 3.x (3.0/3.1) or 2.x (2.0/2.1).
Blue = The minimum processor the disk requires, either a 68000 or 68020 CPU.
Purple = The minimum amount of RAM that's required by the disk, either 1MB or 2MB.

Ready-made A911Extras packs
These A911Extras packs are basically some ready-made software collections that can be used directly on your Amiga. But before you try to use any of the included stuff, you must first run a script which will set up some assigns. This must be done to make sure that the programs can find certain files they may require in order to work. For more information, check out the Ready-made A911Extras packs page.

Just in case you find the file names used a bit confusing, here is a short explanation with some color codes:

A911Ext-V3-OS3.x-000-Full.zip
A911Ext-V3-OS3.x-000-Lite.zip
A911Ext-V3-OS2.x-000-Disk.zip

Red = The version number of the A911Extras pack.
Green = What AmigaOS version the pack is intended for, this can be either OS 3.x or 2.x.
Blue = The minimum processor the pack requires, either a 68000 or 68020 CPU.
Purple = The edition type of the pack, either Full Edition, Lite Edition or Disk Edition.

Ready-made Emergency Disk II floppies
These three Emergency Disk II floppies are ready-made versions that can be used directly on your Amiga, with nothing else that needs to be downloaded. All that's required is having an AmigaOS 3.9 CD (or other media) ready, and then use the included "Activate E-Disk-II" tool. This must be done because some copyrighted system files needs to be copied from the CD/media. The main difference between the three disks, is that one of them them is a Lite edition, and another includes a minimal version of the Poseidon USB stack. For more info about the disks, you can check out the Ready-made Emergency Disk II page.
